SHIPPING POLICY
How long does an order usually take to process?
U.S Domestic orders are processed within 1-4 business days (Monday- Saturday). Shipping arrival time for U.S. Domestic orders are 3-5 business days depending on location and the efficiency of your local post office/ delivery carrier.
What should I do if I incorrectly sent my order to the wrong address?
Sole Los Angeles can't stop a package on a delivery route and is suggested to contact their local post office or delivery carrier for any possible rerouting solutions. We do not take liability for incorrect addresses or stolen orders.
If your order is returned to us because of the incorrect addressed provided we can reissue a new label at the customers expense. Please make sure that you double check your delivery address before confirming any orders.
REFUND/ EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final upon confirmation of transaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we can offer you store credit. All returns must be processed within 7 days of delivery date or in store purchase. If you wish to return your items please set up your order for return by submitting an email claim through our Contact page with the following layout:

All damaged garments will be issued a 20% fee along with label return fee that customer is responsible for. All returned items must be issued by local USPS.
Does Sole Los Angeles offer any exchanges ?
Due to Covid-19 policies, Sole Los Angeles can only offer exchanges for any garments unused and tagged within 7 days of delivery or purchase. We are sorry for the delicate policy we enforce but we are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our clients and sanitation of our store.
Does Sole Los Angeles cover shipping costs for returns?
Sole Los Angeles does not cover any costs for returns unless error by shipping department has been made.
What items don't qualify for a return?
All items purchased during a clearance sale, final sale, or flash sale. All white clothing does not qualify for return. ALL SALES FINAL.
What items don't qualify for an exchange?
All bodysuits, bathing suits, accessories, and white clothing pieces are excluded from an exchange. ALL SALES FINAL.
If I'm missing an item or my items arrived damaged, what can I do?
Not to worry, please email us to our Contact page with attached photos of your packaging and receipt to create a claim for your purchase. Claim must be done within 7 days of delivery or purchase. Please follow the following template
